In the Philippines it is called "siapo tree". A tree with a very useful small branches used in making a Christmas tree. Some named it in English a willow tree but i think willow is a different tree.

The Siapo Tree (Broussonetia papyrifera) is often called the Paper Mulberry Tree. It belongs to the Moraceae Family, which includes the true mulberries. Willows belong to a quite different family, the Salicaceae.
