Where can I find the 300 most common male and female names (including adults/children, not just new babies)?

I am looking for a list of the most popular male and female names in the UK (or England, if UK as a whole is not available). I can find plenty of places listing the most popular baby names for a year, but not something with a list covering the population as a whole, rather than just new babies' names.
