What do you do if a bussiness organisation secretary writes to you and ommit a letter for the common name .?

for example he had to charge you 拢100 to obtain your data but respond in the letter head surry instead of surrey.Would you consider that secretary as being competent or not .Is the secretary suffering from unknown learning disability illness or not serious about his work ?

Are you totally whack?

BTW, it's business, omit and there's a question mark after not. Are you suffering from unknown learning disability illness or not serious about your work ?

EDIT: Buta: it says organisation because this fool's British.
Reply:I would do a few things. It's a common event in writing. Your question for example says "organisation" rather than organization.

So I'd let it slide but point it out.

Also I'd do some background on this company before giving them any money. Typically legitimate businesses can hire competent people that know how to proofread their documents before sending them out.

Hope that helps.

Joey.

Reply:sounds like a deliberate and ruthless insult. do not stand for that! seek vengeance with a passionate fury! your honour is at stake man!
Reply:Typos are all too common. I wouldn't take it too seriously.
